- Assisting with the compilation and review of Method Statements, generated by the project or management teams.
- Maintain copies of Standards, Codes of Practice, and Local Authority Regulations, etc, as per the updates issued by the Corporate QHSE Department.
- Monitor the status of the register(s) of testing & measuring equipment and instruments, maintained by the Storekeepers, including the calibration status in order to ensure accurate and reliable readings.
- Agreeing and establishing an exit strategy, with all department heads, at an early stage of a project, to ensure that all contract deliverables are achieved, within the target dates set for project handover and close-out.

- Joined as QA/QC Manager and have recorded an exceptional growth rate. Leading a staff of 16 QA/QC Engineers, 32 QC Inspectors, 20 Project Engineers, 63site engineers and Supervisors, and a total of 2490 Forman, charge hands and skilled labours.
- Responsibilities:
- • Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily / monthly progress plans and schedule MEP work activities.
- • Responsible for quality control and quality assurance (project quality plan, material submittals, work method statements and inspection test and plan , approved material inspection , work inspections on site and documents control).
- • Liaising with main contractor and consultants to effect modifications in the layout of projects working area to optimize the production process of work activities.
- • Appraising immediate superior of possible anomalies or of technical emergencies, taking immediate corrective measures if required.
