With an extensive orthopedic spine surgery background, Dr. Zeshan Hyder meets the needs of patients at the NWI Spine Institute in Crown Point, Indiana. Having achieved the “Best of Region for Spine Care” distinction over the past five years, Dr. Zeshan Hyder is involved in instructing diverse spine surgeons on leading-edge techniques, as well as providing medical students with advanced training.
Dr. Hyder earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois cum laude and subsequently pursued an MD at Midwestern University. Undertaking fellowship training at the Texas Back Institute, he completed orthopedic training at a number of medical facilities in the Chicago area, including Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Advocate Christ Hospital.
Dr. Hyder accepted responsibilities with Bone and Joint Specialists in Merrillville in 2012 and ultimately became a partner with the practice. He and his team developed a results-focused combination of innovative and conservative treatments for chronic pain, with the latter encompassing injections and chiropractic adjustments.
A public presence in healthcare, Dr. Zeshan Hyder was the subject of a Planet TV Studios special, hosted by William Shatner, that explored current trends in medicine, business, and social responsibility.
