After working in the foodservice industry for over a decade, Zachary Addison joined Boudreaux Construction in New Orleans, Louisiana. Zachary Boudreaux is learning the operations of the business from its owner, Mr. Clayton Boudreaux.
Zachary Addison began his career in restaurants at Mr. Gatti’s Pizza in Lake Charles, Louisiana. In addition to duties as a cook and cashier, he rotated through all the other stations, such as the salad bar and the game room and assumed managerial functions when that person was absent.
Mr. Addison then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Ninfa’s Mexican Restaurant. He rose through the ranks from busboy to manager, eventually hiring at least three-quarters of the wait staff. Twice honored as a top ten employee, he finished as the manager for three years.
Having sharpened his numeric skills at the Louisiana School of Math, Science, and The Arts, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Louisiana State University (LSU). He contributes to several community organizations, enjoys being with his children, and follows LSU and New Orleans Saints football.
