About Me
William Tomasso is the third-generation of the Tomasso Group. The original founder, Angelo Tomasso, Sr., his grandfather, began this work almost one hundred years ago. By 1968, the Tomasso Group was well established and comprised of vast real estate holdings and the construction business, in addition to becoming a valued community member.
As a Principal of the Tomasso Group, William Tomasso manages both Tunxis Management and TBI Construction, its sister companies. As CEO of Tunxis Management, he manages real estate holdings for properties as diverse as Fortune 500 companies, medical facilities, and retail and commercial real estate. At the same time, Mr. Tomasso transitioned TBI Construction from a focus on highway construction projects and property management to an emphasis on building large, complex developments in the public and private sectors.
When not managing his business, William Tomasso contributes his time to helping youth in New Britain, Connecticut achieve their scholastic and career goals. As a volunteer and board member of the Opportunities Industrialization Center of New Britain (OIC), Mr. Tomasso is involved with shaping the lives of young people through the various programs the organization offers. IMPACT and Men of Color are just a few of these programs.
