I worked in a number of different projects throughout the global HR team. Most of my work focused on HR information systems and other data analysis projects.
I was tasked in the designing and implementation of a solution to manage the EU Posting of Workers Directive and how it it impacted Wärtsilä. The solution utilized robotic process automation and our team built a software robot to handle data collection and setting up an internal database. The project required collaborating with the various business departments across the company, both natively and internationally, to ensure an efficient process.
My duties at DCC included two projects. The first was to collect and analyze global shipping market data and to create a relational database for it. The second was to investigate sources of satellite positioning data and its uses for decision-making.
Managing, representing and overseeing the activities of Probba ry, the student organization of Aalto University School of Business, Mikkeli BScBA program. Probba ry and its board are responsible for upholding the welfare of the student body, organizing events as well as in charge of student advocacy work and helping the exchange students get settled in the campus.
