Todd Buchner

A resident of Rancho Santa Fe, California, Todd Buchner is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience. Todd Buchner started his career in 1994 as an associate at the San Francisco-based Cowen & Company, where he worked for three years.

He later became the vice president at Morgan Stanley, which he held for three years. In April 2000, he left Morgan Stanley and joined the Los Angeles-based Credit Suisse in the capacity of a managing director. In 2017, Todd Buchner joined BxC Partners, an investment firm in Rancho Santa Fe, serving as a managing partner. Additionally, he is also the managing partner of Spellman Performance, a sports and tech company in San Diego, California.

Todd Buchner graduated with a BA in political science from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. He subsequently joined Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, earning his MBA in finance.

For over seven years, Todd Buchner has been on the Starlings Volleyball board of directors, where he is involved in positively impacting the lives of at-risk young girls through volleyball. To unwind, he enjoys skiing, biking, and fly fishing.
