About Me
A resident of San Ramon, California, Timothy Mahoney is a construction superintendent with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He started working straight out of Oakmont High School in 1977, doing four years as an apprentice for a senior carpenter before moving on to become a journeyman. Timothy Mahoney graduated to working on structural concrete jobs as a foreman before spending the rest of his career as a superintendent overseeing multi-million dollar development projects in San Ramon and other parts of California.

Mr. Mahoney takes great pride in his work and his involvement in the construction of state landmarks. He was a foreman on the Bay Bridge where he laid out the precast 30-foot segment while overseeing various installations. He also built the scaffold in the reactor core for the Racho Seco nuclear plant. Other notable projects that he oversaw include constructing Clementina Towers in San Francisco and casting concrete stairs at the Palo Alto Medical Center. He is currently a project superintendent at Fine Line Construction Co. In his free time, he enjoys boating, riding his bike, and visiting resorts.
