Timika Pettus has 14 years of experience in supervisory and data management roles. Over her career, Timika Pettus has specialized in collecting data from disparate sources.
For more than a year, she worked at Computer Enterprises as a messaging specialist, responsible for data collection projects from legacy archives. Ms. Pettus also looked to eliminate data collection issues while improving the master data management system. Using software tools, she analyzed data trends while also using this information, and other metrics, to generate reports. She also helped to design and maintain the project documentation process.
Before this, Timika Pettus served as Highmark’s team support specialist. In this position, she created comprehensive medical charts while working with other professionals to verify diagnoses and treatments, ensuring that information was handled confidentially and within company guidelines.
Mr. Pettus earned a bachelor of science in political science from the California University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she graduated from Point Park University in 2014 with a master of business administration.
