About Me
Thomas Everett Seidel has owned and led operations at Salinas, California’s Seidel Electrical Services since establishing the commercial and industrial electrical contractor in 1982. Over the years, the company has maintained offices throughout the western United States, including in Arizona and Washington state. As owner and chief operator of the business, Thomas Everett Seidel is tasked with the oversight of a 25-employee team and management of sales exceeding $5 million. Prior to establishing his company, he gained experience in roles such as electrical supervisor at Foremost McKesson and instrument tech electrician with Kaiser Refractories.
Mr. Seidel studied electrical engineering at Hartnell College, earning his associate degree in 1976. During his time with the United States Army, he became a certified instructor with the IMD Tech School. He subsequently spent 3 years as an active-duty instructor and 2 years with the US Army Reserve. He was particularly active in areas of special communications instruction. In his free time, he enjoys building and flying airplanes.
