At the RBIS pole, as part of the "Multicanal International Banking" program, in charge of the project to overhaul the services asset of management of opportunities for upgrading banking (Retail/Private/WealthManagement), in an international context (France/Belgium/Italy/English), my intervention allowed UAT validation (PVBF MOA BDDF) in 3 months, thanks to the project management of the AGILE task force

Analyze & frame the needs (MOA BDDF / compliance with scope / deadlines / AGILE methodologies)
Design & Model needs (respect UML methodology: Model, Business Rules and Services / RSM)
Write the detailed functional specifications & have them validated by the MOA (RSM Model / DCIG View)
