A graduate of St. Margaret's School in Virginia and an alumnus of Loyola Marymount University in California, Taylor Tomnitz entered the real estate industry in 2003 as a sales associate for D.R. Horton, the largest home builder in the United States for the past 15 years. During her 14 years with the company, Taylor Tomnitz has held the positions of design associate and purchase associate, and since 2011, she has worked as a senior real estate agent in Los Angeles.
As the top sales agent in the Los Angeles region, Taylor Tomnitz sells newly constructed luxury homes priced between $600,000 and $3.5 million. In 2016, she closed deals on 60 single-family homes in Los Angeles as part of the Faircrest Development by Emerald Homes, and in four months, she sold 17 homes within Orange County.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Tomnitz enjoys staying in shape by playing soccer and boxing at Wild Card West Boxing Club in Santa Monica. She is a member of the Young Republicans and supports Paws in the City, a Dallas/Fort Worth-area nonprofit animal rescue organization.
