Due to the project-based work environment of the business control group, similarly to the junior position, I have had a diverse set of responsibilities from regular business report development and analyses through performance management to application development (APEX)

My work mainly consisted of regular (weekly, monthly) financial and activity reporting of the sales network

Introduced a profitability tool to enable Sales Managers to drive their team with more insight

My main responsibilities were maintaining and updating the database and webpage of the Business Partner Management Centre
At the same time I could have an insight in the department's work, which served as a one-stop access between business departments and their demands and the IT developers and resource allocation
In order to simplify the demand prioritization I developed an Access database to improve the excel based method to a new level
