Program APM (Asset Performance Management), IMS (Inventory Management System), TMS (Transport Management System) According to Saudi Vision 2030 and as a part of e-government, APM, IMS and TMS are a strategic program that aims to provide a holistic view and control of medical and nonmedical assets and items across KSA. As a Digital Platform, it allows for monitoring equipment performance and issues, ensures compliance with 3rd party SLAs, and enables live tracking of equipment. It’s a source of truth for strategic decision-making.
Duties >>> • Support Building the strategy and roadmap for deploying the Asset Performance system at public hospitals, labs, and PHCs. • Direct the APMS, IMS, and TMS deployment at public hospitals and public labs. • Direct the IMS and TMS deployment at Nupco. • Support Building the strategy of the equipment department of MOH-HSSC • Support Building the strategy of MOH-HSCC according to the MOH 2.0 vision. • Manage the matrix of communication and coordination between stakeholders. • Provide executive reporting to MOH executive management. • Planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and delivering on time. • Resource management, evaluating the performance of different teams, and smoothing out areas of conflict. • Budget development, execution, and following up with quarterly reviews. • Managing the business development process and key accounts. • Develop new business opportunities with government and semi-government entities.
