Program: Watheeq - Tanfeeth According to Saudi Vision 2030 and as a part of e-government, Watheeq is a program that aims to provide a direct B2B link between the technological systems of government entities and banks operating in the Kingdom. The program is set to provide integration between them for the objectives of benefiting from modern technologies and e-government applications and upgrading the level of government services. Tanfeeth program was established based on the technological platform Watheeq, which will transform the business sector of SAMA into a digital service provider. This would occur by adopting the best and most reliable technological solutions, providing integrated linking between SAMA and other government technological systems, benefiting from the services, and building connections with the financial sector.
Duties >>> • Provide advisory to the Head of the Governmental Cooperation and Development Department • Provide advisory to the head of Quality Assurance Department • Direct the onboarding of government entities (12 entities right now) • Direct the onboarding of financial institutes (25 banks right now) • Direct all phases of the program from planning to production and operation. • Manage the matrix of communication and coordination between Government Entities, Banks, Saudi Payments, and SAMA business. • Chair steering meetings and control plan to ensure the commitment of each government entity and each bank with respect to their approved plan. • Provide executive reporting to SAMA top management at a daily and weekly basis. • Planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and delivering on time. • Resource management, Evaluating the performance of different teams and smoothing out areas of conflict. • Develop new business opportunities with SAMA
