Duties >>> • Provide advisory and reporting to the Area Director. • Provide leadership and vision for the ICT department, including strategic planning, information security, operational policies, procedures, standards, and best practices. • Manage and motivate a cross-cultural team of over 35 engineers & technicians within 4 fields Systems, Networks, Security and Applications. • Full Budget responsibility of the ICT department, create financial forecasts, outline expenditures, and adjust the budget when necessary. • Develop business opportunities and respond to IT/Telecom RFPs for external clients. • Participate in developing the global RFPs of the company. • Manage ICT projects within the company and work with Project Managers on goal attainment. • Chair department steering meetings and control plan to ensure continuity of information systems support and goal achievement. • Manage relationships with business partners, evaluate, negotiate, and manage third-party relationships. • Assess new innovative technologies, mission-critical systems, security, communication, and ICT continuity. • Resource management, managing junior managers, evaluating the performance of different teams and smoothing out areas of conflict. • Handle recruiting and hiring new staff and manage their training programs
