In 2014, after nearly two decades of clinical practice, Suzanne Morgan founded Morgan Psychotherapy Associates, now known as Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy and Wellness, Ltd., in Minneapolis. No longer in direct practice herself, she serves as Lyn-Lake’s CEO. Among her responsibilities, she trains staff members and handles administrative tasks. Suzanne Morgan’s accomplishments include leading the clinic to achieve the title of Bold Award nominee in 2018.
Ms. Morgan earned a master’s degree in clinical social work from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, in 1997. She also holds a master's degree in fiction writing from Columbia University in New York, where she won the Transatlantic Fiction Writer's Award Scholarship. She completed undergraduate studies at Middlebury College in Vermont. There, she received the American Literature Prize and the Donald Everett Axuum Creative Writing Prize, graduating with highest honors and a bachelor's degree in American literature and writing.
Outside of her work at Lyn-Lake Psychotherapy and Wellness, Suzanne Morgan enjoys running. She continues to follow her passion for writing.
