As chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Eagle Energy, Steve Antry spearheads a range of crude oil and natural gas exploration, acquisition, development, and production operations from company headquarters in Tulsa, OK. Over the past decade, Steve Antry has overseen the sale of substantial Eagle Energy assets on multiple occasions, including a 2012, $650 million transaction that delivered an exceptional 6.3-to-1 return for equity investors.
Before establishing Eagle Energy in 2009, Mr. Antry spent 7 years as the founding chief executive officer and board chairman of Tulsa, OK’s Beta Oil and Gas. Similar to his work with Eagle, his work with Beta involved all stages of energy exploration and development, from funding and asset acquisition to drilling and asset divestiture.
Outside of the professional arena, Steve Antry and his wife support a number of charitable initiatives in Tulsa, as well as Sun Valley, Idaho. Organizations that benefit from their support include the Parent Child Center of Tulsa and the Mountain Humane Animal Shelter.
