- organizing the sprints from technical perspective (tasks breakdowns, tech depth tasks, minimizing the conflicts between tasks)

Worked on a massive financial advisory system for one of the largest banks in Switzerland. The applications ware developed in React for the FE and Spring MVC on the BE and I took part in the full development life-cycle.
