Practicing with the law firm of Flaherty & O’Hara since 2002, Stan Wolowski represents clients in a broad spectrum of issues related to alcoholic beverage licensing. His client base includes hospitality businesses that range from restaurants and bars to hotels and sports venues. Stan Wolowski has also handled Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and intermunicipal hearings for grocery/convenience stores that want to acquire restaurant licenses. He recently secured a positive outcome for Sheetz and Acme Food Stores in a state appellate court case that garnered a considerable amount of public attention.
Before joining Flaherty & O’Hara, Stan Wolowski served as lead prosecutor for Western Pennsylvania’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement (BLCE). As an attorney with the Pennsylvania State Police BLCE, he handled liquor license violation cases for nearly 15 years. Mr. Wolowski is admitted to practice through the Pennsylvania Bar Association and holds active membership in the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys & Consultants.
