Spencer Plummer is a respected presence in the Utah real estate community who leads Zeus Investments, LLC, overseeing property acquisitions and sales in Salt Lake City and beyond. Also managing rental units, Spencer Plummer acquires a diversity of already developed properties and brings them back to peak condition.
Mr. Plummer’s experience extends to coordinating the purchase of land assets and working with municipal, regional, and state authorities to facilitate ground-up developments. He has coordinated as a stakeholder with the governor and lieutenant governor, as well as members of city councils and mayors, in matters related to the public interest.
In addition to his real estate activities, Mr. Plummer owns and maintains Arc of Flight, LLC, a Farmington ranch that focuses on the breeding and raising of world-class broodmares and stallions. Spencer Plummer’s community activities extend to serving on the board of the Utah Jazz NBA basketball team, and he is a longtime coach of youth athletics. In addition to a role as director of a summer youth conference, he serves as assistant sports director for two dozen teams.
