Based in Los Angeles, Solomon Morris Davis serves as CEO of Somoda Management, Inc., where he focuses on acquiring undeveloped commercial and residential properties. In addition to spearheading new construction, he oversees property renovations and profitably leases, and sells the improved buildings. Solomon Morris Davis has experience in complex municipal permitting processes, and actively negotiates with zoning authorities as required.
Mr. Davis’ portfolio of managed real estate includes 15 properties across Southern California and the greater Atlanta area. For more than a decade, he has additionally managed Carver Pacific, LLC, where he hires vendors who maintain yachts and oversee charter excursions. His entrepreneurial activities also include a position with the Tennessee corporation P.I.E. Investment, LLC, as chairman, Mr. Davis is also a member of consolidated board of realtists Of Southern California.
Mr. Davis has past experience as a managing partner of Solton Properties, where his focus was on the rehabilitation and resale of real estate that was in probate or foreclosure status. He donates Thanksgiving turkeys to tenants on an annual basis, contributes to the Jackson Foundation turkey giveaway, and is a supporter of Los Angeles Teenshop.
