- Yearly average output of 14 plus million kgs, 130 plus employees, 14 direct reports and a 6.5 % sales increase in volume and 11.1% in value compared to 2018.

- Full scope of direct and indirect purchases managed, yearly, 6- monthly, weekly tender processes, e-Tendering, e-Auctions, Ex works tenders, logistics suppliers selection and tendering.
- Centralized International Contract management with region level implementation.
- 4 segments, versatile clients served (Business & Industry, Seniors, Education, Energy and Resources) Facilities Management and Services also overseen.
- Total financial performance was in the 200 M EUR range, food, non-food and services combined. SKUs handled were in the 50 000 plus range, with more than 5000 suppliers.
- Fully in charge of P&L in the relevant activity, savings down to GOP/ EBIT/EBITDA level.
- Had 6 direct reports as country level Supply Management Directors and a team of 40 plus category managers and 400 plus purchasing and logistics colleagues.
- Complete HR responsibility (recruitment, assessments, team building) Experienced in rightsizing, reorganisation (suppliers) downsizing (warehouses, manpower).
