  • Total financial performance was in the 200 M EUR range, food, non-food and services combined. SKUs handled were in the 50 000 plus range, with more than 5000 suppliers.
  • Fully in charge of P&L in the relevant activity, savings down to GOP/ EBIT/EBITDA level.
  • Had 6 direct reports as country level Supply Management Directors and a team of 40 plus category managers and 400 plus purchasing and logistics colleagues.
  • Led a team of 4 country level Purchasing Directors and acted as one for Romania myself, parallel with the Hungarian activity.
  • Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic and Poland were the countries concerned with a financial responsibility of 100 M plus Euros.
  • Handled more than 15 k SKUS and 1000 plus suppliers.
  • Built the foundation of an international matrix organization.
