Shelly Renee Frank

A Portland, Oregon, resident, Shelly Renee Frank is a consultant and former business owner with over two decades of experience. For nine years, Shelly Renee Frank led the Von Ott Group, an agency that she established in 1997 and that worked primarily with small to midsized firms. During her tenure, she oversaw the company’s budget, marketing plan, client acquisition, and overall growth strategy. She was also responsible for recruiting and mentoring the firm’s 14 employees.

Following her time with the Von Ott Group, Ms. Frank joined Kaiser Permanente in Portland as a senior consultant focusing on marketing, communications, and advertising. In the role, she worked with the director of marketing and business strategy and helped increase sales in the Northwest region. She also liaised with the account management and sales departments to identify and capitalize on new revenue sources.

Since 2015, Ms. Frank has served as the company’s executive consultant of operations. She is responsible for developing comprehensive business cases and other project management documents while also helping achieve key operational goals.
