About Me
Emirati investor based in Dubai and Chairman of Inmā Emirates Holdings and The Private Office of Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook al-Maktoum. More than a decade of work alongside national governments and private companies across energy, ports and trade, airport infrastructure, digital systems, and real estate, with projects and government talks in Pakistan, Barbados, Guyana, Syria, and the UAE. Most activity is structured as long-term partnerships with host governments, following the Emirati practice of building trust before business.

Chairman of The Private Office since 2015, overseeing a joint venture with London-listed Oracle Power on a proposed 400 MW green hydrogen project in Sindh, Pakistan, and a consortium role in a proposed public-private partnership for Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados. The office has also held investment talks with Guyana's Ministry of Natural Resources on oil and gas, mining, and agriculture. Led a UAE business delegation that met Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in May 2023 to discuss trade, ports, and shipping.

Established Inmā Emirates Holdings in October 2025 as a Dubai holding company organized around government partnerships, private-sector collaboration, environment and sustainability, and communities. Inmā's current work includes Nawa Technologies, which helps government clients adopt cloud infrastructure and AI tools, and property development supporting Syria's post-conflict reconstruction with local partners and local hires. Personal philanthropy centers on healthcare in Syria, including support for liver-dialysis patients and the supply of critical medical devices.
