An ambitious dedicated Senior mechanical engineer CFPS and LEED AP® BD+C with a solid and diversified experience in design review, review of submittals and supervision of site works for a wide range of mechanical installations related to Firefighting, plumbing and VAC disciplines for railway projects and stations, mixed-use complexes and others.
Well versed in the coordination of project activities among various stakeholders like QCDD and PWA, supervising site works, witnessing and approving testing and commissioning activities,Preparing progress reports and other technical documentation, etc.

  • Participate in design safety review on the firefighting and plumbing submissions commencing of schematic design stage passing through detailed design and ending with authorities submissions and issue for construction submissions.
  • Oversee design progress against schedule and budget.
  • Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders.
  • Arrange and attend the meetings and the technical workshops with the client, stakeholders and with all participant parties in the project to coordinate with their requirements and conform on the final form of our design.
  • Coordinate and control design submittals for owner’s review and approval for the following projects:
     LUSAIL Towers, Infrastructure, LRT Station, Car Park and Landscape- CP07B, Qatar.
    CP07-B -Lusail Towers Infrastructure, LRT Station, Car-Park and Landscape, Qatar.
    Detailed design,tender documents and technical assistance during construction for various project components,including a 2-level tunnel along Road A1, combined LRT station, multistorey underground car-park,bridge at Junction No.19, six 11 kV substations, wet infrastructure utilities (sewerage, irrigation,
    drainage), landscaping and public realm features, and integration of gas, district cooling and pneumatic waste collection systems, and other enabling works.
