With a background in finance, Scott Russian is an investment professional who founded SCR Consulting in 2019. At this firm, Scott Russian provides clients with financial services spanning the wealth management, fixed income, and leveraged finance sectors.
Throughout his 15-year career in investments, Mr. Russian has managed numerous individual investments, in addition to a fixed income portfolio which was valued at over $1 billion. Co-managing this portfolio group while at Liberty Mutual Investments, he was able to consistently maintain a top-quartile performance.
Before beginning his career, Scott Russian attended Boston University, from which he graduated magna cum laude in 2000 with a bachelor of science in finance. While there, he was a member of the Golden Key and LOCK honorary societies, as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma fraternity.
In 2004, Mr. Russian was awarded a merit-based scholarship to attend Boston College, where he earned a master of business administration in finance. He enjoys a range of hobbies in his free time, such as golf, traveling, and attending performances of the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
