Working as quality control manager is for ensuring that the construction is performed according to plans and specifications, on time and within a defined budget. As Quality control manager, I prepared a quality plan for this project and in this plan I prepared many forms, tables and tracker for documenting quality daily reports, submittals, testing and inspecting implementing items, receiving materials and checklist for comparing received materials with approved materials, Initial & preparatory check lists, deficiencies and tracking them, punch list,…..and many other papering works.
