The “Water Supply Improvement Project in Kurdistan Region”, commissioned by the General Directorate of Water and Sewerage in Kurdistan Region to Khatib &Alami, the quantity and quality of water supply in Halabja area and Sulaymaniyah City through constructing new water supply facilities, such as water intake, water treatment plants, water transmission facilities, distribution networks etc. As a civil engineer – networks, I worked in Sulaimaniya networks which it includes water network in 16 Zones with 5 villages & two transmission lines … My duties in this company is supervising & consulting the activities in some zones. As a Team Leader, I'm supervising two engineers (Inspectors) and one survey engineer.
In this project I worked as Deputy Project manager for the following Items:
Building 12 multistory building. Each Building has 14 floors , each floor with 4 flats.
Constructing three floors High school.
Constructing Administration building.
Constructing Nursery building
Constructing supermarket.
Constructing car wash and laundry.
Constructing kindergarten building.
Constructing health center.
Constructing sport yard
Extension of power plant.
Infrastructure works including sewerage, potable water, external lighting, firefighting and security System….etc.
In this project working as deputy project manager carried on my shoulder many duties and responsibilities for coordinating the work activities to ensure the project remains on schedule, within cost, and completing quality work…
Working as quality control manager is for ensuring that the construction is performed according to plans and specifications, on time and within a defined budget. As Quality control manager, I prepared a quality plan for this project and in this plan I prepared many forms, tables and tracker for documenting quality daily reports, submittals, testing and inspecting implementing items, receiving materials and checklist for comparing received materials with approved materials, Initial & preparatory check lists, deficiencies and tracking them, punch list,…..and many other papering works.
Working as quality control engineer (QC representative) in Suly site. My duties were controlling. Inspecting the Items were under implementation which excused by the subcontractor, Preparing Daily reports about the project activities in the site.
Working as field inspector (QA/QC representative) in building six clinics in Suly governorate (2 clinics inside Sulaimaniya, and 4 clinics in halabjay Taza, Khurmal, koysenjaq, chemchamal) and I inspected the renovation projects in Pediatric and Maternity Hospitals. My duties were inspecting the Items were under implementation,
Preparing Daily reports about the project activities on the site, sending them to Erbil office by internet.
Preparing preparatory & initial checklists for all new Items in the meeting including all engineers in the site with the subcontractor representatives. These checklists were updated by sending them to Erbiloffice. These meeting were supervised by us (as QA/QC representative).
Preparing Concern Reports, Non-onformable log then at last writing a conformable report about the deficiencies, if any deficiency happens... These report & logs were sent by net, at the same day to our office in Erbil. Then our manager sending these reports to the construction department for solving the problem and corrective action.
Preparing the checklists for all new Items.
Preparing the punch list for all the finished projects.
Preparing updating for progresses of the Items every week one time.
Working as one team with other departments of our company (Construction, QA/QC, Safety)

Working as construction engineer in Ministry of Municipality. Main field was as a head of a number of site engineers in 12 sub-municipalities in the following area; Chamchamal, Qaranaw, Takya , Bazyan, Gopala,Bakrago, Rapareen, Tasluga, Shorsh, Baingan ...etc). My duty including supervising & inspecting about 100 projects in 12 towns with required breakdowns and making bills of quantities, also writing backgrounds and assessments. The projects including renovation & construction of the following fields: • Building and renovating garages and the building of municipalities, cultural centers, & veterinary centers... etc. • Building gardens, playground & hotels. • Spreading the internal roads & streets by asphalt. • Installing water supply net for districts. • Building ground & elevated tanks. • Sewerage system net for towns. • Digging deep wells • Pouring the concrete of the sidewalks of the towns. • Building retaining walls.
