This internship at Airbus was held in A330's Final Assembly Lane. The overall A330's process of manufacturing was being changed, by a project called SCALE (8 M€), due to important needs of adaptation. Into this global project, I was in charge of two different projects :
The first project was focused on SCALE project managers performance. To improve their results, I developed an interactive tool, using a software called "iObeya", enabling them to easily organize modifications on all stations of the Final Assembly Lane. 2000 employees were impacted by my project.
-The second one was a field project. To improve the process, Airbus had to parallelize manufacturing activities. Thus, I was responsible for all feasibility studies of the parallelization of electrical activities.
More globally, this internship was an opportunity to improve my skills and work on :
-Project Management (scope, planning, goals) -Analysis of processes and diagnosis -Conception of new processes with project teams -Communication and training -Deployment and measurement of performance
