Ross Levinsohn has always spent his career pursuing growth and innovation in technology and media. After getting his start in digital media at CBS Sportsline, Ross went on to become one of the industries most coveted leaders.
With the title of President of Fox Interactive Media, Ross focused on digital engagement with the company's web properties. As Yahoo's interim CEO, Ross oversaw the internet behemoth's $20 billion market cap. As CEO of Guggenheim Digital Media, Ross managed global brands such as Billboard Magazine, the Hollywood Reporter, and AdWeek.
After his time serving as the Chief Executive of the LA Times, as well as the Chief Executive of the digital arm of Tribune Publishing, Ross has continued to live at the cutting edge of media and has pushed for aggressive and extensive change in media consumption. Ross also has had experience on both sides of the camera, having served as an on-air contributor for CNBC.
Ross Levinsohn, the career media executive, is currently the CEO of The Arena Group (formerly Maven). This organization is expected to further empower some of the most famous brands in the world, like Sports Illustrated, for which he is also serves as CEO.
In addition to his executive positions at The Arena Group and Sports Illustrated, Ross remains an active investor in the digital space by supporting more than 30 enterprises in both early- and growth-stages. Ross is also a strategic advisor and consultant, working with well-known media companies to help align their content and boost viewership.
