A graduate of the Cornell University School of Law, Rodney Malpert holds bar admissions in California, Arizona, and Texas. A prominent figure in the field of business immigration law, he stands out as the author of two loose-leaf treatises on the subject and frequently presents on the topic before industry groups, such as the Council for Global Immigration.
