Based in Hauppauge, New York, licensed real estate broker and certified property manager Robert Scholem is the president of All Equity Realty Inc., a full-service real estate management and brokerage business. He is also the owner of Classic Car Advisors, a website and blog where he writes about owning and restoring classic cars and trucks. Previously, Robert Scholem served as director of property management for the northern region with Kimco Realty Corporation, where he oversaw the operation of more than 140 properties, as well as the affiliated staff and an operating budget of more than $25 million.
Robert Scholem began his career in operations management with Staller Associates, where he oversaw 58 shopping centers, two office buildings, and three industrial buildings. He went on to serve as senior property manager for Rosen Associates Management Corp, where he handled 15 properties in 10 states, and then as senior vice president and director of property management of Acadia Realty Trust. He studied real estate finance at The Wharton School and earned a certificate of financial analysis in real estate from the ICSC.
