I educate the sales managers to introduce our offers and nurture leads (more than 400 per year)
I gather customers' needs and define the roadmap with disruptive features, GDPR compliance or ISO 27 001 certification.
I monitor the market and competitions in order to be aware of the trends and improve the product's positioning and supply battle cards to the sales managers.
I educate, support and encourage the sales & support teams about the product growing the revenue by 20% per year
Plan and organize M2M solution (remote monitoring, remote controlling through GMS/GPRS) for customers, working with several suppliers (if any) like cellular operator, gateway supplier.
