About Me
A Yale University alumnus, Rilk Dacleu-Idrac graduated magna cum laude in 2003 with a bachelor of arts in finance. Rilk Dacleu-Idrac subsequently attended the Haas School of Business, where he earned a master of business administration in strategy and corporate finance.

As a Chartered Financial Analyst, he has gained Level III certification from the CFA Institute. Over the past decade, Mr. Dacleu-Idrac has worked with organizations in the Middle East.

For three years, he served as the executive vice president of strategy and ventures with the Mubadala Development Company in Abu Dhabi. While there, Rilk Dacleu-Idrac worked with the group’s chief executive officer to integrate and optimize its various divisions. Alongside this, he was involved in drafting and implementing acquisition strategies.

Since 2014, Mr. Dacleu-Idrac has served as the Qatar Investment Authority’s group head of global support. In the role, he is responsible for real estate investments and corporate takeovers. He also oversees the Rilk Philanthropy Initiative, a nonprofit that he established.
