Now retired from engineering, Richard Kazares cultivated a multi-faceted career where he developed aerospace and other technical solutions for electromechanical systems and products. He recently served as executive vice president of All Points Equipment Co. in Houston, where he guided the fabrication and inspection of offshore drilling equipment. Richard Kazares earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia before embarking on his career as an aerospace engineer for General Electric, and then a senior engineer with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He also served in executive roles at AMF Corp and FMC Corporation.
Richard Kazares spent nine years as president and chief technical officer for Scanning Systems International, followed by two years as vice president of Physical Acoustics Corporation before joining All Points Equipment Co. Since retiring as an engineer he has launched a new company, ClearDay Video Production, which provides drone-based videos for real estate professionals. He is also currently pursuing a graduate degree in history at Southern New Hampshire University and is the chairman of Royal Knights, an organization that raises funds for cancer research.
