The recipient of a bachelor of business administration in finance from Baruch College at City University of New York, Richard Inserro began his career as leader of the Data Management Group at Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation in 1992. He spent 6 years with the company, during which time he increased data quality controls by 300 percent and developed commercial loan data interfaces with more than 50 bank clients. Richard Inserro subsequently spent 2 years as a senior consultant with BearingPoint's wholesale banking practice.
Richard Inserro served as partner, financial services, at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2000 to 2018. Responsible for data strategy and governance, he authored data policy and standards and created organizational model options to help a prominent credit card company support analytics functions. He also developed data control and risk management strategies for bank clients.
Since 2018, Mr. Inserro has served as CEO of the management consulting firm Ridgeline Data. He assists corporations with best practices for data strategy and governance and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 chief data officers. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is a member of the board for the South Mountain Conservancy and volunteers with Schools That Can.
