My name is Ricardo Bernal. I currently work independently in my project called "Talent Scout RB" in Italy, which is aimed for the search and recognition of people with the potential and the desire to develop a career as a model within the world of entertainment. Graduated in the year 2000 in Communication and Advertising in Mexico City with specialization in Mass Media of Communication, Photography and Audiovisual Advertising.
As a sales and marketing manager I also help create and approve ads and decide which magazines the company uses to advertise. I choose which events the company and the models attend and develop other promotions to keep the company in front of its specific audience.
From 2004 to 2015 I collaborated for two of the best agencies of Models in Mexico, Glenda Models and Model Site Agency, during my permanence I started as a junior booker and thanks to my personal and professional performance and abilities, I was soon promoted to Head Booker in charge of the fashion and advertising department.
At the beginning of my career and during my first 4 years in advertising, I participated as a photographer, casting director, production assistant and talent scout.
Responsible for the team of bookers of fashion and advertising, photographic material (polaroids, book and compo), phone calls, appointments, auditions, castings, trips, able to negotiate with clients thus obtaining better conditions (situations and contracts), negotiation with models, customer loyalty through professional relationships, overcoming objectives established by the agency individually and as a team.
