The owner of RAVVE Medical Billing and RAVVE Technology, LLC, in Chicago, Illinois, Raven S. Cashaw provides agile coaching based on years of information technology and scrum mastery experience. To lay the foundation for her career, Raven S. Cashaw earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She went on to attain a master’s degree in project management and a master of business administration with a concentration in information systems from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Over her career, Raven S. Cashaw has successfully developed and trained more than 15 teams in diverse Agile frameworks. For instance, as a contracted senior agile coach and scrum master at BMO Harris Bank in 2019, she worked to understand and motivate teams through servant leadership, and she helped teams identify and remove impediments to better achieve sprint goals. Additionally, she works as an agile coach at Northwestern Medicine.
In addition to her work as a business owner and agile coach, Ms. Cashaw authored the children's book "The Adventures of Granny & the SugarFoot." The story centers on a young girl’s relationship with her grandmother.
