Focusing on coding inflates the importance of finding the “right” method to solve a problem rather than the importance of understanding the problem.

• Experience as a technical design lead/developer as part of an IT Systems Engineering team or in a IT Client Account Management (CAM) capacity will be beneficial. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic and agile environment. • Excellent Time management, Organizational skills. • Capability to complete tasks under minimal supervision. • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both IT and non-IT team members. • Define the "Current State" and contrast that to the "Future State" as well as the path/roadmap to reach the target. • Lead teams made up of cross-functional members (both IT and non-IT) for technical architecture discussions and High Level and Systems design aspects. • Collaborate with the team members to arrive at the Solution architecture. • Ability to explain complex concepts in appropriate terms to suit the audience with varying technical prowess. • Convey ideas/stories/design in clear and concise manner using the graphical tools. • Investigate and solve complex technical problems and data discrepancies as well as develop solutions architecture that aligns tactical solutions (near-term) with Strategic goals/objectives (longer-term). • Work closely with Business stakeholders, IT Systems, UI, UX, Developers.
