Ralph Serpe is an experienced New Jersey business leader who provides contract utility construction services and equipment to a range of clients as the founding president of Kemsco. He built the company from the ground up, ultimately securing annual revenues of more than $70 million. Working up to 60 hours a week during a time of life when many people are beginning to consider retirement, Ralph Serpe oversees every facet of Kemsco’s business operations.
Mr. Serpe is a dedicated husband of nearly 35 years and the father of three children. When he isn’t working, he enjoys playing golf and reading both Forbes and the New York Times. He also follows college basketball, college and professional football, and women’s lacrosse.
After a health scare several years ago, he began bicycling two to three times per week. He recently embarked on a strength-building regimen under the guidance of a personal trainer.
