Drawing on 18 years of experience in sales, Phillip Kwilose is the general manager of Five Star Home Improvement, a role he began in 2014. Since then, Phillip Kwilose has been responsible for managing a team of sales representatives while also increasing call volumes and customer contact.
During this time, he has also led the team in growing annual revenue every successive year. In addition, he is certified by Owens Corning as a Platinum Preferred Contractor. Before this, he worked with the Chicago-based Central Steel & Wire Company, where he was an outside sales representative. In the position, which he held for 12 years, he managed accounts while also expanding the sales territory.
He holds a bachelor of science in business from St. Xavier University, which he earned magna cum laude in 2001. Mr. Kwilose enjoys a variety of hobbies, such as fishing and golfing, while also being an avid biker.
