Peihua Ku is a naval officer with expertise in systems engineering, project management, government administration, and cyber operations. He currently serves as the Commanding Officer of Naval Reserves, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Information Warfare, Northwest (NR NAVWAR IW NW) Everett, Washington State. In this role, Peihua Ku facilitates the installation and modernization of surface vessels and submarines. Previously, Peihua Ku served as the Executive Officer of the Naval Reserves, US Commander Pacific Fleet in San Diego, California (NR CPF N6), overseeing the administrative, readiness, training, and operational requirements for 57 naval reservists.
Moreover, Peihua Ku served as an administrative government analyst at Coastside Fire Protection District, CalFire, between March and December 2019. He oversaw their financial operations, handling over $20 million in assets and managing $2 million in monthly cash flow across three fire stations. In addition, Peihua Ku developed and introduced new accounting and reporting systems to improve information accessibility, streamline role transitions, and minimize paper usage. He also administered accounts payable to over 400 vendors, payroll to five board directors, and ten accounts receivables.
