Paul Wasser has spent over two decades working in healthcare, during which he has held roles with multiple firms. A former president and chief executive officer at Dominican Village Independent and Assisted Living, Paul Wasser spent five years overseeing multiple departments.
While there, he increased occupancy by 36 percent while improving revenue by 35 percent. He was also responsible for managing a $15 million budget. To create a reliable cash flow project, he worked closely with the chief financial officer and optimized relationships with banks.
Mr. Wasser also helped the organization earn several awards during this time. An honoree for the 2019 Sisters of Saint Dominic of Amityville awards, Dominican Village earned the Best Place to Work on Long Island in 2019, as presented by Newsday/Energage.
Paul Wasser subsequently joined Healthcare Operations and Advisory Services of New York, where he serves as CEO and president. In the role, he aims to implement solutions across the cash posting, collections, and billings processes to pre-empt potential issues.
