Construction executive Paul Camara has decades of experience executing and managing building projects. A resident of Brooklyn, Connecticut, Paul Camara has been involved in construction projects across New England. After several years as a self-employed contractor based in Rhode Island, he joined the Massachusetts firm Atlantic Contracting. Over his 14-year tenure with the company, he worked in sales and estimating before becoming vice president.
After resigning from this post, he was named the president of Axion Specialty Contracting, a contractor specializing in insulation and fabrication. Paul Camara is a prominent figure in the Brooklyn, Connecticut, and wider New England insulation industry and previously presided over the Insulation Contractors Association of New England and the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association.
In addition to his work in construction, he served eight years in the U.S. Army and retired as a sergeant. During his service, he received several Army Commendation and Achievement medals and a Multinational Division Certificate of Appreciation.
