- Melakukan pemeriksaan jadwal pengiriman barang setiap hari
- Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap bukti-bukti retur barang dari customer
- Melayani customer dalam hal memberikan informasi, permintaan dan keluhan pelanggan
- Merekap data-data pelanggan yang bermasalah pengirimannya
