My end of studies project was about designing and developing a robust solution capable of detecting and tracking football players in the soccer field in order to deliver real-time statistics about the game.
This big project included a variety of techniques : mathematical modelling, computer vision, machine and deep learning.
Exploring convolutional neural networks such as Mask R-CNN, SSD and YOLO.
Implementing a solution to detect football players and the ball in the field.
Used Technologies : Python, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV.
