Firstly, I know what I do not know. But, I also know I can learn whatever I want in a short period . This and my ambition for immediate practice of what I learnt can be defined as my strongest point.
As my job requires, I like problems and I love solving those problems. I have an agile mindset on my concerns so I get bored easily with monotonous jobs.
I like numbers and witnessing a growth. When a startup from BUBA's portfolio is doing well by having growing rate of conversion, financials and market share, it is the time I feel really well.
BUBA hosts three different programs for entrepreneurs. I am basically managing these acceleration programs to help their business to grow and become more profitable.
I am pre-screening all projects applied to acceleration programs. During last 19 months, I reviewed more than 1.500 projects.
I conduct Q&A meetings with entrepreneurs so the enterprise can pass the online selection.
After the evaluation committee, I specify the needs of entrepreneurs and meet those by using the resources provided by BUBA and its strategic partners.
I played an active role in business development process of more than thirty companies in BUBA's portfolio. Additionally, I support some of these companies to match with investors perfectly.
I organized two different trainings for SME's and Entrepreneurs. These 4-week trainings will be given by BUBA's stakeholder, Stanford Research Institute, in Silicon Valley.
