Perform Heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) field instrumentation commissioning and configuration for DP level and flow transmitter E+D PMD75,pressure transmitters E+H Cerabar s PMP71,Temprutre transmitters E+H TMT112 and TMT162,Siemens PS2 smart positioner ,Auma actuators, Emerson MORBERY remote drum level indicator .
Participate in planning for required spare parts and tools.
Make schedule for periodic and preventive maintenance for HRSG.
Make punch items list for HRSG field equipment and controller enclosure.
Participate in redundancy test for HRSG and STG BOP T3000 equipment including S7 fail safe automation server and AS3000, SCALANCE OSM, Optical link modules OLM11, IE/PB link.
Review all HRSG plant displays and logics with P&ID and loop diagrams.
Attend some gas turbine commissioning, start up and tests.
Participate in the calibration and commissioning for continuous emission monitor system include simatic s7 400 H ,HMI panel and SCADA system ,dust hunter T100 and Sick s710
