Working with Siemens GT I&C engineers to upgrade gas turbine controller fromTeleperm ME to SPPA T3000 .This include the following tasks:-
Power up and energize all new cabinets. Perform commissioning for Automation server S7 and application server XEN server.
Upgrade firmware for 416 fail safe CPU and CP44-1.
upgrade T3000 license.
Supervise Loop checking and function checking for all field instruments.
Perform redundancy test for all T3000 components ( automation server with fail safe, FM458,ADDFEM ,ET200M and FUM system and optical switch modules SCALANCE
Supervise all I&C maintenance activity for GE GAS Turbines. This include :-
Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of assigned personnel involved in the maintenance of I & C Equipment’s related to Gas Turbines and other related equipment’s to Power Station
participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdown and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return of repaired equipment.
plan, check specification and to ensure that maintenance works are carried out according to agreed, schedule, cost estimate and required quality .
perform commissioning for fuel oil system contractor . Troubleshooting and fault analysis for gas turbine controller Mark VIE
ensure spares balance for all instruments spare parts.
